Roebuck, SC- Betty Pettit Cooper, 79, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017. Born November 9, 1937 in Clinton, SC, Betty was a daughter of the late Eugene and Jessie B. Sexton King. She was of the Baptist faith. Betty is survived by her son, Derrick R. Pettit; two daughters, Deb Pettit and Devon Henderson; two grandchildren, Jessica Dibdakova and Dylan Pettit; two great grandchildren; and a sister, Pat Lawson. She was predeceased by her brother, Jerry R. King. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 3rd, 2PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
