Blanche Cannon Burleson

Spartanburg, SC- Blanche Cannon Burleson, 74, went to be with her Lord & Savior on Monday, February 29, 2016. Born June 4, 1941 in Richmond, VA, Blanche was the daughter of the late Claude Cannon, Sr. and Blanche Hardee Cannon. Blanche was a member of the Faith Free Presbyterian Church, Greenville, SC. Surviving are her loving husband of 44 years, Norman Burleson; three sons, Richard Lardieri (Jayne) of Point Pleasant, NJ, Michael Lardieri of Spartanburg, SC, and William Lardieri (Laura) of Mount Pleaseant, SC; a daughter, Monica Burleson of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Brittany Lardieri and Dalton Lardieri; great granddaughters, Addy & Ansley Couch; two sisters, Julie Ortner (NJ) and Alma Ardito (FL); two sisters in-law; seven nephews; two nieces; and special friends & prayer partners for over 35 years, Fredlyne Black, Syliva Cooley, Glenda Morris, & Cindy West. Blanche was predeceased by two brothers, Claude Cannon, Jr. and Ralph Cannon; and sister, Addie Van Esselstine. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 3rd, 6-7:30PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 4th, 2PM at Dunbar Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Heritage Memorial Gardens.
