Spartanburg, SC – Richard Ivan Messer, 60, died Wednesday, March 18, 2015.
Born October 5, 1954 in Jackson, Mississippi, Rick was a son of the late Dewey and Othelia Donald Messer. He was a musician and an avid cyclist who thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors. Rick was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by a son, Richard; three daughters, April, Cori, and Charlotte; thirteen grandchildren; and three brothers, Lee, Barry, and Donnie.
