Barbara Ann Stevens

Barbara “Toby” Stevens Roebuck – Barbara Ann Stevens, 68, wife of the late Perry Lee Stevens, died peacefully Friday, May 23, 2014, after a heroic battle with cancer. Barbara was born on August 3, 1945 to the late Emma J. Smith. She was a member of the Roebuck Presbyterian Church, where she was involved in the Ladies Sunday School Class and the WIC. Toby will be missed as a loving wife and mother. She is survived by a granddaughter raised in the home, Casey Furtick (Charles) of Roebuck; a daughter, Glynis McNeely of Pauline; two brothers, Robin Smith of Boiling Springs, Sammy Smith of Roebuck; two sisters, Cathy Mabry of Moore, Eunice Greer of Spartanburg; three grandchildren, Courtney and Brandon McNeely, Connor Morgan; several nieces and nephews. Barbara was also predeceased by a daughter, Lisa Stevens Morgan The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, at the Roebuck Presbyterian Church. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM, officiated by Reverend Ray Bobo. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roebuck Presbyterian Church; PO Box 284, Roebuck, SC 29376 The family is at the home.
